Shipping: 1.We will ship the items within 2 working days after the payment is reached.
2. The items will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service), Fedex, or any other way, and will be as your requirements marked as gift or sample or other description for easy customs clearance
or other description for easy customs clearance
3. The shipment usually takes around 4-10 business days to reach at your designated address.
4. A phone number is important when you leave your address
5. Every parcel has a tracking number for track of it(Except HK Post office non tracking number)
6. Please let us know if you still cannot receive the items within 20 days after you paid, then we can investigate it
Return/refund policy:
1.100% of all delivered products will be tested before shipping and we guarantee that all our products you get will be working all right;
2. No refund, exchange only.
3. In case of missing/defective parts, please notify us no later than 7 days after you receive the item and we will arrange re-shipment of the item.
4. Buyer has to email us for the exchange notice prior to returning item, buyer will bear the freight & handling fee and the item must also be in its original box when returning the items.
5. We offer after-sales service within 1 year of purchase. For the first 1 months of purchase, we would bear the one way freight (from China to your place). After 3 months of purchase, the buyer has to bear the round trip of the freight
