Gladway Holding is an integrated group of companies that focus on electric vehicles of manufacturing, researching, and marketing. The Group is made up of four subordinate enterprises: Shandong Mulan Electric vehicle Co., Ltd., Jinan Gladway Import & Export Co., Gladway (Kunshan) Industrial Design Center, Changzhou Daimyo Vehicle Co., Ltd., Gladway (Hungary) Marketing Branch Corp, and Gladway (Chile) Marketing Branch Corp. The group plans to invest establishing Shandong Gladway New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Gladway (Hungary) Assembly Factory.
Shandong Mulan Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd., one of Gladway Group Subordinate Enterprises, was established in 2005. As the core branch company, we are the only legal company that manages Mulan brand electric vehicle. It is the goal of Mulan to offer safe and environmentally vehicles to people and build a Chinese leading green power transportation manufacturer.
The group operates Weifang, Tianjing and Kunshan producing bases. Weifang factory, located in Changle electric vehicle industrial zone, covers an area of 140 acres and a planning area of 40,000 square meters. The factory, equipped with the most advanced painting, welding, assembling line, was put into production in Dec. 2012. Tianjin, Wuxi, Kunshan producing bases cooperate in OEM way in order to expand to overseas markets. Every year, 3,000 employees of the entire group produce more than 1,000,000 electric bikes.
The group observes the industrial spirit of keep on innovating and the goal of offering high-quality and attractive products. Now, the group keeps six series, and hundreds of products with independent intellectual property rights.
