Sino-American Shanxi Xinhuada Casting Co., Ltd is in the production park of the group. The company was set up jointly with WECLY of the Untied States in 2004 to produce over 500 various types and sizes of brake discs for automobiles.
The asset of the company amonuts to RMB 55 million and it has 800 employees with the anuual output capacity of 6.12 million brake discs which are exported directly to the European and American countries.
In order to improve the quality of the product, a strict technological production flow has been made in our company. Each process including material, electrical oven smelting, casting, sand cleaning and grinding, and fine machining is checked with advanced equipment so that the quality can be controlled.
Furthermare, each machining production flow is also strictly followed such as rough machining, fine machining, drilling, double milling, balancing, cleaning and packing to aim at making the product competitive at the international market.
