Jackets line:
The fabric we use for pu/leather jackets is garment washed lambskin look finish pu and enzyme heavy garment washed vintage finished 2tones pu, crinkle fake goat pu, crushed fake lambskin pu , anilined garment washed pig waxy nappa, garment washed lambskin, crushed waxy finish lambskin etc styles like bomber jacket, biker jackets, trench coat, blazer, gillet, hotpant, skinny trousers, mini skirts, pencil skirt
Sweater line:
The yarn we do is rayon nylon spandex, viscose nylon, spun silk, silk nylon,silk cotton cashmere blended, wool/nylon, cotton acrylic, angora brushed , mohair , cashmere etc
Styles: Ladies fashion pullovers, cardigans, camisole, long dress, poncho etcgood for the age from 20 to 35 years old.
The customers we are working for now is mainly from EU and North American Mens and Ladies wear brands.
We have our own production base for both jackets and sweaters:
Size of jacket factory: 40800M2
Sewing machine: 300sets
Washing facility: 5 washing machines and 12 sets of garment dry machines
Monthly output: 70000pcs
Min.qty: 600pcs per style per color
Size of sweater factory: 23800M2
Sweater knit machine: 220sets
Linking machine: 90sets
Monthly output: 45000pcs
Min. qty: 300pcs per style per color
we have our technician system to control fitting and workmanship from proto sample to bulk to guarantee the good quality and we also we have experienced merchandiser team to follow all the orders and the critical path is used to control the delivery date.
All the materials including the outershell fabric, linings, trims and metal accessories are bought from our approved sources and INTERTEK AND SGS is often used to do the physical and chemical testing to guarantee they are good quality and safe.
We are expecting to work for more and more good customers in worldwide.
