Our company, founded in 2009, is located in Deyang City, Sichuan Province, China, with the registered capital of RMB16.2 million. Our company is a provincial leading enterprise in agriculture business, especially in vegetable and fruit planting, air-conditioned refrigerated warehousing, and related fresh cold-chain logistics. Meanwhile, we have successfully registered our own brand named as "GAOSHAN XINDA" in China market.
We have an air-conditioned refrigerated warehouse and a normal temperature warehouse in our jobsite in Shifang City, which is nearby our HQ, with storage capability of 7,500 metric tons and 12,500 metric tons respectively. We cooperate with many agricultural authorities, such as the National Engineering Technology Research Center for Preservation of Agricultural Products, China Food Industry Association, Agricultural University of Southwest, and the Sichuan Branch of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
We have concentrated ourselves on planting and warehousing vegetables & fruits for a long time. Regarding our products, we can provide various species of vegetables and fruits, such as onion, potato, ginger, garlic, garlic stem, carrot, radish, celery, broccoli, cucumber, eggplant, pea, green soybean, stringless bean, tomato, Chinese cabbage, and cabbage, as well as apple, honey peach, kiwi, pomelo, lemon, blueberry, cherry tomato, loquat, orange, jujube/ red date, longan, and lychee.
The sales revenue of our company reached up to RMB90 million in 2013. We are planning to cooperate with some big and capable enough agricultural companies and planting bases worldwide.
Our company was announced as a key enterprise to be listed publicly by the municipal government in January 2013. Besides, our company was registered in Qianhai Equity Transaction Center in July 2013, drawing attention of many investment houses in both mainland of China and Hong Kong. Furthermore, we have already in the ordinary procedure of applying to be a public company which will be accomplished in three years.
