Zhejiagn Vanqian Garmetns Co., Ltd. is a technologic textile manufacturer, which relates to the technology research, manufacture, processing, and global trade. We professionally produce various seamless (Seamfree) series clothes include the fashion style, body-shape style and leisure-sports style etc.
The Factory was founded in 2008 and was located at Beiyuan Industrial Park of Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province. The company has around 7,000 square meters land and 14,700 square meters workshop.
The company has invested 85 Italy Santoni Electronic Circular Knitting machines, and also more than 150 sewing machines which made by Japan Yamato, Japan Pegasus, etc. We organized more than 300 professional staff to build up the seamless production pipeline, which specially produces various kinds of man/woman seamless underwear, pants and tops. These developed pipelines could produce 800,000 pieces monthly turnover.
We developed the high-quality control system, ERP management software, professional design software and long-term cooperation with the dyeing factory, so that to build the completed product line from the material production to seamless knitting, dyeing, sewing, ironing, packing and shipping. Every procedure of our factory is operated and inspected under the ISO9001-2000, and supported by the TQM system.
We also have the strong capabilities of technology research. Now we have the High-Tec Development, which have more than 30 professional staff, to contribute to the ideal design and research service to our customers. Meanwhile, we have the predominance of choice, research, exploitation and innovation on the seamless product materials, such as we use the Tencel, Coolmax, Soya fibre, Bamboo fibre, and Antimicrobial-nanometer fibre. Furthermore, our production / management / sales / customer services teams all have the certificate of professional career training, to ensure our customers could have the better services.
Our 80% products are exported to USA, Europe, Australia etc. and we always insist our tenet: the customer is priority, the quality is life, and the innovation is soul.
