Fenghua Hengye Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 2007. Our company covers an area of 25000 square meters and owns a modern standard manufactory of 15000 square meters. Now our company has nearly 260 employees, including 20 engineers, seven are advanced technicians and three are senior engineers.
Our company has strong technical force, advanced casting equipment and top advanced test facilities. We are specializing in manufacturing precision casting parts of carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel with the most advanced investment casting process.
Our products are widely applied, now our main products are engineering machinery products and mining machinery products. Besides, we also make the products of ships, valves and pumps, trains and railways, automotives and trucks, construction, mechanical and electrical, hardware and so on. Now we have 4 medium frequency furnaces, and our annual output is 10, 000 tons.
Our company already passed System ISO9001: 2008, SGS certification and GL certification. Now our company is putting ERP, TS16949, ISO14000, and ISO18000 in practice. By implementing the modern enterprise management mode, the ability of our company's competition is enhanced.
