The garments-making factory and fabrics-weavings factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and elastics-bands weaving factory covers 9,000 square meters.The daily output in garments-making factory was approx.3,500 dozens in averaged, and will up to 5,500 dozens as a new workshop open soonestly; the daily output in the elastics-bands weavings factory was approx. 1,000,000metres; the daily output in the fabrics-weavings factory was approx. 5000kgs.
Generally,the production leadtime for fresh orders was 65~83 days, and it would be shorter to 45~53days for the repeated orders.
The leadtime for samples in substitute materials was within 5 days, and for samples in demand materials was within 13~25days.
The major products are: underwears for all aged and for male/female, including short-boxers/trunks,briefs,slips,panties,Bikini,G-strings,T-shirts,pyjamas; kids&children wears, e.g: rompers,body-suits,ribs,etc.
The adopted fabrics are: pure cotton, cotton/spandex, nylon/spandex, Modal, Lycra, Bamboo,etc.
100% of the products are sold at abroad especially in U.S.A, Germany, U.K, Poland, France, Italy. The brands cooperated for years are: Clique, Cavell,etc.
