ZheJiang Baining Industry & Trade Co.Ltd. is a professional manufactory of fashion household cleaning products,such as 360 magic spin mop,mop bucket or other plastic products.
We are established in the year of 1998 and kept for 15 years focus on plastic line.Since 2009 we are the first company in China to produce spin mop.
Our factory owns 8000 square meter land covering 18,000 square meter floor areas.Till now we have 22 pcs inject machines and our monthly production capacity can reach 400,000 sets spin mop. Meanwhile we are capable to enlarge our production capacity. Our sales volume is USD15,000,000 for 2013 and for 2014 we believe we will reach USD25,000,000 sales Volume .
Our company has passed GB/TI9001-2008 and ISO9001:2008 certifications. Our products comply with CE and RoHS standards.
Our strength contains as following 5 points:
1. We are the sole authorized manufactory by the patent owner of hand press pole to produce old hand press pole. And meanwhile we own our unique design patent of pedal and new structure patent of hand press pole. Once US buyers have a huge big order quantity to import and sell in US market, they will finally in patent trouble (nor regard to appearance patent). Once they choose our product with our unique patented product , they can avoid this patent trouble
2.We have very powerful new product design ability .We kept for several years to develop 4-5 new design of mop bucket each year and from 2014 we invest much more money to develop new design mop bucket modeling in order to try our best to be No.1 in this line as till now our sales volume is No.2.
3, We have very huge production capacity currently (400,000 sets/monthly ) and we are capable to enlarge it to meet more and more potential bigger order.
4. Our mop bucket have high standard in quality: such as we insist on using 100% new PP raw material on plastic part and using 0.4mm thickness of Stainless Steel on handle pole. While many other factories using mixed PP material or recycling PP material and using 0.28mm thickness of S/S handle pole.
5. Our fast delivery time:once you order a big quantity such as 100,000sets/monthly, we can finish production within 25-30 days and delivery within one month after we confirm the order.
6. Big customers service: we have 3 years experience on working with Walmart (US retailer) and pass their third party inspection by SGS Company and have passed Warmart factory audit. We well know US retailer's usual requirement and quality standard. And most of our buyers are big buyers from all over the world who sells in Chain supermarket/Chain retail stores/TV shopping Channel.
