Our facilities include six CNC (computerized numerical control) machines, three digital monitoring milling machines, one set of wire electrode cutting machine, one set of large machine tool, shot peen equipments, polishing tools, and other very useful equipments.

1st, with more than 11 years of experience tooling for rotational molded products, we are capable of achieving various designing request, mould structure or specific tooling details.
2nd, we offer thorough tooling drawing, showing every detail of tool, which prevents any possible misunderstanding through just interpretation.
3rd, offering one stop service, you can expect a satisfying sample within lead time, as long as a sample or an approved drawing is sent to us.
4th, being able to prevent or eliminate porosities from our moulds, though porosities frequently appear onto aluminum casting.
5th, we can achieve extremely short lead time for urgent project, by using special tooling design and making procedures progress paralleled, or many other solutions.
