Founded in 1998, our company is a professional and large-scale manufacturer specialized in the production of plastic flexible packaging products. Our factory covers an area of more than 23000 square meters, and is located in Xiegang Town, Dongguan City. With the freeway between Chaozhou and Dongguan, we enjoy convenient transportation. Now our company has new and advanced equipment, such as 10-color computer numerical control printing units, photoelectric automatic correction of high-speed composite units, computer controlled high-speed bag making machines and other large flexible packaging equipment. We provide package design, plate-making, printing, production, processing, and other one-stop services, producing all kinds of automatic packaging film, plastic color composite bags, aluminum foil bags, retort pouches, vacuum nylon anti-static bags, coffee bags and zipper bags. Our products are used in a wide range of agricultural product packaging, food packaging, cosmetic packaging, pharmaceutical, electronic packaging and other fields.
Through the introduction of information management systems, regulating operation procedure and realize financial, order, warehouse, production scheduling, production process and quality management of the fine management science, we improve product quality, shorten delivery time and reduce the costs effectively at the same time.
Over the years, our company has had a total quality management workshop to implement clean job with an independent testing laboratory. Instruments in the laboratory include: tensile testing machines, coefficient of friction instruments, gas chromatographs, pressure cookers, balance scales, and other equipment. They are available to handle strict quality control of the products in all stages, from raw materials and semi-finished products to finished products.
