Taizhou Kayama Casting Casting Co., Ltd. (also as Taizhou Jiashan Precision Casting Co.,Ltd.), is a Sino-Japanese joint venture with 200 staff members, including 27 engineers and technicians.
Products: Weight of single part ranges from 0.003kg to 200kg. With two different ways (such as silicasol and soluble glass process) of producing precision castings, our company has become one of the biggest manufacturers in the region and the annual output has reached 5000 tons in 2005. Our company is expanding fast and promises a better future. Our casting products are mainly made with stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and bronze materials.
Range of usage: auto parts, textile fittings, food machines, construction machinery, valves, metal tubes, hardware, measures, and metal handcrafts.
Range of HSS: drilling, straight shank twist drilling, tapping, twist drilling, and milling tools.

Our location: Our company is located at the seaside of east -Zhejiang Province. We are 180km from Ningbo Port, 100km from Wenzhou Port and 450km from Shanghai Port. It takes 10-120 minutes' drive from Huangyan, Wenzhou, Ningbo, and Hangzhou Ports. The transportation is quite convenient.
Quality management: We've been certified with ISO9001:2000. We have metal experimental machines of spectrograph, impact machines and full functional stretch machines. And a full set of heat treatment & mechanical treatment service can be provided according to customers' demands.
