History, it was founded in September 2007, we have five years experience of PPGI/PPGL production, procession, marketing and after sales service. But our bosses engage in this area for more than 10 years. I have three bosses Mr. Wang Shibin, Mr. Hou Yonghua and Mr. Hou Shunzhou. They invested in the company together in 2007, all of them are successful enterprising businessman and have a good fame in local market. Mr. Wang is our general manager who has the final say on our production and operation activities.
Capacity, The factory covers an area of 20,580 square meters with about 100 employee, we are running on three shifts. Our plant work with everything from raw materials like GI (galvanized steel coil) to finished product like PPGI/PPGL(pre-painted galvanized steel coil and aluminized steel coil). Our company has two color coating production lines in working and still investing in two other lines, now our annual output is more then 300,000 MTS per year about 1000 MTS one day. We have plenty of orders both for at home and for export, but our orders are filled on a strict rotation basis.
Fame, first, our company had awarded "China Famous Brand" in the Shandong
Brand Festival organized by Shandong Province Chamber of Commerce also the tile of "China Top 10 Brands favorite by Shandong people"in 2009 and "Advanced Unit In Good Faith"in Binzhou City"and so on. Our local government often organizes the other enterprises and relevant departments to visit our factory to learn our technology and management method because our tax ranking is No8 during more then 80 companies in the industry zone which are the same scales with us.
Quality, we always believe the high quality is the basis of brand -name the assurance of enterprise life. We use standard steel sheet and high quality color paint to produce PPGI/PPGL/GI/GL,we have our own quality control system.
First, our worker will check it one by one after we finished the product. Second our packaging department will check it before they package it. Third, we have quality certificate.
Our PPGI/PPGL are hot sale both in domestic market and abroad and enjoys good fame by our customers, replying on this, our products passed ISO9001:2008 CERTIFICATE,BV international Inspect and SGS Inspect. The company has own export right and we have exported PPGI/PPGL/GI/GL to many countries like France, Oman, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Iran, Malaysia and other countries.
Progress: even though, we have not stop the pace of progress, on base of strong technology, excellent quality, advanced equipment and good reputation, we made great progress step by step. We have successfully established good cooperation relationship with super huge steel mills in our country to ensure the steel sheet supply and found a Steel Industry Alliance.
