All processes built in house with extra high quality guarantee. Our complete manufacture includes numerical controlled cutting, punching, bending, CNC treatment, Lathe, quality control and assembly.
ODM: (Original Design Manufacture)
Design + Complete Manufacture. Our design includes: concept, ID, structure design and packaging.
IDM: (Innovation Design Manufacture)
Innovation + Design +Complete Manufacture. Our innovation includes: Idea, Key technology (cooperated with North American solution supplier) and Patents. With professional R&D teams with excellent overseas experiences, we pursue each valuable proposal for customer.
Quality Management
Strictly stick to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard to build up the quality management system; we established the total quality management system & TS16949.
Equipped with precision instruments, including vibration meter (Czech imported), motor dynamometer, UV test machine, balance machine, air flow test machine (US imported), laser alignment tester(US imported), thickness tester and so on.
By achieving lean production management , six sigma,ERP management procedure and being customer oriented, we aim to improve customer satisfaction, reduce production cost and improve quality.
