Our company was established in 1997, covering an area of 5,000 square meters, with an excellent team of specialists. At present, we provide aluminum/zinc cast components for some domestic and overseas famous brand manufacturers from Europe, Japan and America.
We have been fully equipped with advanced equipment for aluminum/zinc high pressure casting.
Mold design room: equipped with 3D simulation injection analysis and control systems and 3D design software of UG and Pro-E
Mold manufacture plant: several CNC high precision carving machines with computer clamping mechanism to make sure the precision and efficiency of our molds
Casting workshop: central melt furnaces, electricity holding furnaces and 12 high pressure die-casting machines ranging from 160T to 500T
Machining workshop: 40 NC lathes and drilling and milling lathes can meet your further machining requirements.
Painting workshop: a complete sealed clean and auto painting line can meet your further higher surface demands.
Inspection room: CMM, spectral analysis, salt spray test and backset thickness measurement
