Our production bases are located in Yuyao and Zhoushan and the sales office is in Ningbo, one of the biggest sea port cities in China. Our company is a large professional high-tech enterprise producing Timing belts, V-Ribbed belts, V-belts, Gaskets, and Cooler Boxes and so on.
Our company has more than 200 various types of imported equipment, the internationally advanced level of pre-belt precision molding machine for refining production lines, V-belt production line, Big Blow Machine, Injection Molding Machine and testing equipment. Our production technology and equipment keep in the world's leading level.
At present, we have an annual production capacity of 5 million sets of timing belts and trimming car V-belts and 1,000,000 Cooler boxes. HNBR and CR are our raw materials that are imported from Europe and Japan. Being anti-extension, anti-fatigue, and anti-high-strength, our products have particularly strong wearable resistance, stable power transmission, accurate positioning, low noise, long life and other advantages. The mechanical properties have reached the JASOE105-92 and JASOE107-88 standards in Japanese Steam car industry. In addition, our products has taken a leading position through IS/TS16949 international quality management system certification.
