Our sample policy:
For new customers: Sample and freight charges will be on buyers' account however these charges will be returned to the customer after their first order placed.
We provide free samples to our regular buyers' on a freight collect basis.
Guarantees/warranties/terms and conditions:
We provide 1-year warranty for our products. During the warranty period, we will take the responsibility for goods repair or return if the poduct quality defects, cause from the production process.
Export/import processing support:
We promise efficient cooperation and support to the buyers including document, inspection, shipping and insurance.
After sales service:
