Compounds
InterCompound GmbH is an innovative provider of high-quality customized technical compounds for the plastics processing industry. We compound, refine and modify polymers, carry out examinations with regard to our customers and respond with new products to market demands.
We can offer an extensive range of standard additive & color masterbatches for many thermoplastic materials, including filled and reinforced types. In addition, we also provide combination masterbatches and color additive
In our production, we only use highest quality materials.
Granules
The InterCompound GmbH operates a second core business, selling a variety of technical plastic granules and virgin polymers from various national and international manufacturers. Our focus is trading with Polyamide (PA) granules for different applications. In the commercial segment, we have a wide network of customers and suppliers and have built up excellent contacts in both directions.
Proven quality and a carefully calculated price round off our service in this business.
Regrind
Scrap and defective production of the plastics manufacturing can easily be reused in many manufacturing processes.
We give advices on the design and optimization of individual recycling concepts and take on the job of organizing the entire process if desired by our customers.
Incoming production errors are identified properly to avoid confusion and to make sure that you get back your own raw material as plastic regrind. After that, we inspect and clean the material. We remove metals, foams and other debris from all plastics.
After crushing the material is filled into the container of your choice. We know the requirements for recycled raw materials production and therefore all processes carried out under strict guidelines for quality assurance. Please note that we can also offer your plastic regrind for sale.
