Since its foundation, the production of PET (polyethylene teraphthalate) preforms and bottles has been the core business of GermanPet. The preforms are blown into bottles by GermanPet or by the customer and then filled with water, soft drinks, edible oils, ketchup, detergents, milk, beer, fruit juices, etc. The distinctive characteristic of our company is the high quality of the products and reliability of supply.
GermanPet produces preforms for many applications and in various weights, colours and forms. Preforms and bottles are produced for both single use and multiple use. For barrier-sensitive products, it is also possible to use multilayer preforms or bottles. Moreover, the GermanPet R&D centres are continually researching ways to further improve quality, increase the barriers of PET, and optimise the preform and bottle designs. GermanPet also does bottle-blowing projects for many customers. Resilux provides the necessary know-how and if required the infrastructure and manpower for the filling companies. They can be done on the customer's premises (in-house), right next to the customer (wall-to-wall), or near to the customer (satellite).
