Dongsu is equipped with 60 sets of automatic plastic injection molding machines and plastic blowing machines from 100g - 6000g and 3000mt raw materials per year. What's more, we are equipped with supersonic wave welding machines, net screening printing machines, stamp machines, plastic blowing machines, CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, knurling machines, liner cutter and universal milling machines and the whole sets of production lines for painting, spraying, electrolytic, electroplating and other processes.
Dongsu is mainly engaged in the products such as all kinds of plastic mugs, two layer stainless steel mugs, thermal mugs, vacuum flasks, sports bottles, barware, shakers, ice buckets, ashtrays, ice clips, measuring cups, filters, containers and different kinds of stainless steel items and daily appliances.
Dongsu has the certificate of ISO9001:2000 and we also have qualified engineers and special equipment as well. All our products are using Marine-grade Stainless Steel materials conforming to FDA and LFGB food tests.
Our products are sold in many countries and regions, such as Asia, Europe, America and Japan. Dongsu has our own design, R & D, engineer and QC teams, who provide professional and all-around services for clients. OEM orders are also welcomed warmly.
