Originally established in the Russian Federation in 2000; RVL began functioning as a small trading company specialized in furniture, lighting and porcelain. Aware of the constant complications of quality control in the process; RVL's CEO decided to create a corporation based in China that could serve as a base and connection between the manufacturers and the importers; making it possible to assure the quality of the products and satisfactory services.
Once in China; RVL Limited initially worked mainly with Russian corporations, providing its customers standard trading services; such as: sourcing, quality control, translation and customs clearance. Throughout the years, being a fast developing enterprise, changes have been made according to the demand in the market. New services and business solutions have been constantly introduced by our management team; making RVL a competitive and dynamic growing tool for its regular clientele.
When the 2008 World Financial Crisis stroke the world; RVL witnessed how Chinese exports decreased and liquidity of its customers became quickly recessive. In the desire to offer aid; RVL decided to institute a series of strategic alliances with several Chinese Import and Export Companies and Financial Organizations, in order to discover a viable solution which would maintain exportation rates and offer stability to all clients.
After further analysis, investigations and consultancy; all the collaborators agreed in consensus to the conception of RVL Limited's Financed Trade Program (FTP). A program modeled to particularly relieve fairly risky and unsteady economies with high interest rates, as well as a platform effective enough to bring advantages to countries without these deficiencies.
The FTP was firstly introduced in the Russian market; letting RVL to ensure, through a sequence of trials, the effectiveness of the program and assuring the success of its structure.
