As a company we offer a 4 stage process to this :-
1. Production Planning : careful assessment on factories is done on all factories we work with to ensure they meet the required standards of reliability in safety, qualtiy and delivery.
2. Sourcing : experience has given us excellent knowledge, network and sourcing capabilities in the lower cost sourcing and manufacturing centre of the world. With the extensive customer list we are able to negotiate with factories based on cumulative volume.
3. Manufacturing control : we have a set of structured control system from inline inspection to final inspection to guarantee production progress and supply chain and quality management.
4. Quality Assurance - Our factories are able to produce quality goods reaching the standards as required by the clients. We appoint 3rd party inspection company to do the final random inspection to avoid any conflict of interest which is in the best interest of the client.
