Instant Data Forms Ltd. was established in December, 1979, and we are one of the best marketers and manufacturers in the industry. To have a good market share in the highly competitive market, we employ more than 350 staff members and provide customers with 'one-stop' printing services.
Aiming to provide quick and convenient services for our customers, Aidifu Stationery (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd., taking up 12,500 square meters, was set up in Longhuain in December, 1995 to support our business in Hong Kong. Advanced technology and well-developed facilities further ensure the product quality as well as the timely schedule. Dedicated to quality assurance and committed to environmental protection, our factory was awarded ISO9001 & ISO14001 in the year of 2002 & 2005 respectively.
In addition to the production plant, we have a sales team based in our factory and a representative office in Guangzhou to fulfill the needs of China's market. In December 2008, both IDF & ADF were awarded FSC-COC certificates and we were the first business form company in HK & mainland China that had received this award.
Besides computer forming printing, we have expanded our product lines horizontally to Security Printing. In 2007, IDF-Thomas Greg & Sons Ltd. was formed as a joint venture of IDF & Thomas Greg & Sons Ltd., which is a well-known security printer in the world. With the expertise & technology of security printing, we are pleased to offer superior security printing products to protect the highest value of our clients.
Our business mainly covers Hong Kong and mainland China and is expanding to overseas countries and regions. With commitment to our missions of "Quality, Flexibility and Reliability", we possess great potential for future development in the business form industry.
