RAW MATERIAL

CUTTING

Besides this Fabric spreading machines (made in Turkey) and different cutting machines like Bend Knife, Round Knife along with traditional heavy scissors for cutting delicate fabrics are also used.
STITCHING
Body care incorporates highly advanced stitching technology to ensure smooth fit of its garments. Body care is well equipped with 400 latest stitching machines from: U.S.A. & Japan.
PACKING AND FINISHING
Body care has various capabilities like Steam Pressing etc. (40 in no) for in-house finishing and packing of the manufactured inner wear. Stringent Quality checks are performed till the last minute to provide consumers world-class lingerie.
R & D
