ElectroMech has installed SAP as its ERP backbone to ensure all the functional departments are integrated and all the processes are tightly knit together.

Tushar Mehendale Managing Director
Mr Mehendale brings to ElectroMech not only engineering penchant and drive but also the vision of customer focus and service.
He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a MS degree from US in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Engineering Management.
Mr. Mehendale over looks the entire activity of the company at the top management level. In addition to this he is also involved directly in the overall marketing and business development activities of ElectroMech. He also heads the R&D cell of the company which is continuously engaged in developing newer products and components that enable ElectroMech in maximizing the value of its product and service offerings.
AVR Murty CEO
Mr Murty brings to ElectroMech a long standing experience in the manufacturing industry. He has a rich experience working at top management levels for various multi-national companies engaged in manufacturing Capital Goods.
Mr. Murty is an M.Tech from IIT, Mumbai.
He is responsible for the overall operations of ElectroMech and he ensures excellence in all activities like Sales, Design, Planning, Manufacturing and Services.
Facilities
ElectroMech's operations are centralized at its modern facilities situated around Pirangut, around 20 kms from Pune City.
The manufacturing plant is spread over an area of 70,000 sq. m with a covered space of more than 10,000 sq. m. Further expansion work that is currently in progress will make the total covered area almost 20,000 sq.m.
The plant currently has a capacity to manufacture around 1000 cranes annually and after expansion the capacity will be upgraded to 2000 cranes per annum.
ElectroMech retains a premium position in the Indian crane industry on account of its evolved manufacturing process flow that enables it to dispatch more than 2 cranes on an average daily.
A semi automated Girder Manufacturing Line ensures that the box girders are manufactured in the shortest possible times.
