Hycrowns or intermediate skirt crowns conform to international standards of quality and specifications. The uniqueness of this crown is a transparent double ring liner, which ensures better gas retention. The transparent lining lends itself to inside printing. The crown of ocl has been approved by coca cola, pepsi and all leading breweries.
Ropp caps produced are accepted widely in the liquor and pharmaceutical industries. The range includes printed as well as chamfered closures under the brand names topseal, gloseal&neeonseal and are manufactured in sizes from 20mm up to 31.5/44 mm.
Gloseal&neeonseal innovated by ocl protects brand image and eliminates adulteration and counter feting.
Hytubes or aluminum collapsible tubes are manufactured to specially suit the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. The feature of ocl is the capability to supply tubes with closed end with internal lacquering and latexing.
Swageseal or twist of cap is used widely for packing of pickles, jams, pastes and similar products. The sizes offered are 63mm,53mm and 30mm.
Alusealis a substitute for the traditional crown. It is a one time use seal and its unique tear of feature acts as a deterrent to adulteration and counterfeiting. This is a universal cap fitting on standard crown neck bottles. Applications include fruit juices, ready to serve beverages and country spirits.
