We are a mid-sized company engaged in the field of Design of Steel and RCC structures for Power Plants, Cement plants, Refineries etc.for the last many years. We are carrying out Structural Design work for various companies in Mumbai ,other parts of the country as well as in Middle East. Some of Our ongoing projects are :
1. Design of 2x25 MW Thermal Power Plant at Rajshree Cement Works for Ultratech Cement Ltd. This includes design of 45x85m long Turbine Building, Boiler supporting structures, Chimney, Air Cooled Condenser supports, ESP Foundation etc.
2. Design of 2x25 MW Thermal Power Plant at Andhrapradesh Cement Works for Ultratech Cement Ltd. This includes design of 42x98m long Turbine Building, Boiler supporting structures, Chimney, Air Cooled Condenser supports, ESP Foundation etc.
3. Design of 1x13.5 MW Cement Waste Heat Recovery Plant at Awarpur Cement Works for Ultratech Cement Ltd. Design of Turbine Building, Boiler supporting structures, Air Cooled Condenser supports, ESP Foundation etc.
4. Design of Conveyors at Rajshree, Ravan, Tadipatri, Awarpur and Jharsuguda Cement Works for Ultratech Cement Ltd This includes design of Clinker, Coal conveyors at various plant and single and double conveyor galleries ranging from 22m to 47m long, their trestles and Transfer towers. Total length of conveyors designed by us for these projects is about 25 km .
5. Design of Railway Stations at Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, Koperkhairane and Turbhe on Thane Vashi Railway line for Koneru Constructions Ltd.
Structural Design and preparation of fabrication drawings of Roof covering for platform for expansion of single / multiple spans at Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, Koperkhairane and Turbhe Railway stations in New Bombay. These railway stations present novel Architectural features and therefore the Structural Design of the same becomes that much more intricate .The scope of our work also includes validation of design from IIT.
Our designs are always economical conforming to various Indian overseas standards. We take pride in ensuring that our designs pass the strictest scrutinyand at the same time completed as per Project completion schedules.
Our Design office at New Bombay consists of state of the art Infrastructure with 24x7 connectivity and the latest Structural Engineering software such as STAAD ,TEKLA, E TAB etc . Our total staff strength at present is 35 of which 20 are qualified and experienced engineers. Our expertise includes designing structures for Refinery and Petro chemical plants. We have tied up a network of Associates for other disciplines such as Mechanical, Piping, Electrical etc .We will be in a position to take up total comprehensive Engineering of a project such as yours.
