Axle.In its constant endeavor towards adopting new techniques and technologies, the unit joined the Bicycle Cluster formed by CII in Sept. 2007. Through this the company has implemented TQM Total Quality Management), TCM Total Cost Management) and TPM Total Productivity Management) programs and continues to review these in monthly meetings with qualified consultants.
