PRODUCT RANGE: The present product range of the Group comprises of Knitted Fabrics, T-Shirts, Jogging Suits, Track Suits, Sweat Shirts and Sweaters for men, women and children and for ladies. IN - HOUSE FACILITIES:In house facilities include "Knitting, Yarn Dyeing, Fabric Dyeing, Mercerizing and Finishing, Laundry, Embroidery, Finishing & Garmenting etc.KNITTING:S&D has a wide range of circular knitting machines like Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Auto Striper, Ribbs, Fleece, Velour, Feeder Stripe, Terry and Computer Jacquard in different gauges ranging from 7 to 28. Apart from 100% cotton we are making different types of blended fabrics using polyester cotton, acrylic, polyester, linen, viscos, polynosic, modal, lycra, nylon, rayon etc. yarns.SAMPLING:We feel pleasure in developing fabric pattern as well as garments as per requirements of our customers. We have small lot size dyeing machines for yarn and fabric dyeing. Nominal changes are changed for sampling. We try to develop the sample within four weeks starting from yarn dyeing to garment making. We can develop any colors from Pantone Textile book or as per the customer's colors standards.YARN DYEING:We are having H.T.H.P. yarn dyeing plant with the capacity of 1000 kgs./ day with lot size of 1, 10, 30, 100, 300, 400 Kgs. in cotton, synthetics as well as blends. Yarn is being dyed with latest technique of cheese winding. Eco friendly dyes and chemicals of international standards are being used. Radio frequency dryer is used for drying.FABRIC DYEING:Soft slow and H.T.H.P. machines are used for fabric dyeing with lot size of 30, 50, 150, 300 kgs. After squeezing the fabric from Baloon Panders, Relax dryers are used for drying. For shrinkage controlling fabric is passed through compactor.QUALITY CONTROL:Yarn can enter in our yarn stores only after passing all yarn tests. All parameters are taken care properly at the time of starting of knitting and checked properly while knitting and after knitting. Our quality controllers devote their full energy at each step of fabric dyeing and processing. LABORATORY:We have in-house well equipped laboratory in approximately 500 sq.feet area with latest equipments for yarn and fabric testing like count, TPI, Yarn strength, Blend test, colors fastness, GSM, Pilling, Shrinkage etc. COMPLIENCE & SAFETY:We ensure strict compliance with all local labor laws. No child labor is employed in our units.
