We are A.A. Attarwala group of Companies. We are the first generation entrepreneurs since 1950’s and one of the biggest manufacturer and distributor of attars, roll-on and perfumes all over India having experience for more than 60 years in the Indian market and our turnover about 70 to 80 cr.
Within few years, we became one of the largest manufacturer and Exporters of Perfumes exporting to 29 countries directly and 60 countries indirectly all over the globe. Increase in volume of exports and saturation of space we have constructed and shifted perfume manufacturing operations to our newly constructed High Tech Factory at Surat Special Economic Zone in the Name of FREEDOM FRAGRANCES where Manufacturing process is carried out using international standards and techniques wherein usable area for factory is over 250,000 sq.ft. FREEDOM FRAGRANCES is setup to address the need of Large Volume & High Quality of production with high technologically advanced set up. This high tech & planned factory enabled us to manufacture minimum 60 to 70 thousand bottles of perfumes a day for that we had to have a stringent quality controlled, Voluminous & uninterrupted supply of Packing and Raw Materials, for which we have started backward integration. Backward integration is in the following area:
1. Plastic Injection Moulding: We have 16 imported Injection machines to manufacture our requirement of good quality caps and cap fittings.2. U.V. METALISING: For beautification of cap and fittings we also do U.V. METALISING in house.3. Bottle Decoration: For Decorating and beautifying the Bottles we set up a technically advanced and automated bottle decoration plant where bottles are decorated by various processes like Hot Foiling, Hot Stamping, and Coating & Colouring of bottles.4. Corrugation: We also have in house corrugation unit manufacturing carton, Liner, Shipper and Master carton etc.5. Aluminium Coiling : We also do on our own Aluminium coiling of Plastic sleeves and shells for giving visual effects.
We have achieved backward integration and other ventures and that to continuously because we want to enhance the quality of Materials and to reduce the Time gap between Order and Supply Time.Towards continuous Quality improvement & enhancement we have in house International standard laboratory and R & D Department and professional Qualified Personnel who continuously struggles to find the way to give best quality products to our international as well as local Customers.We also have in house Product and Carton Designing and Research Team and many more which works in close coordination with Research & Development (R&D) team to give best designs, Quality and creative to the WORLD OF PERFUMES AND COSMETICS.
