2) We will review and send the price and delivery schedule
3) Once terms are accepted, THE BUYER HAS TO MAKE A SECURITY DEPOSIT WORTH 10,000TONS OF THE CARGO VALUE.
4)Contracts shall be Physically signed at our office. Buyer to be present at the office during the agreement.
5) The contracts will be executed through the LC from Prime banks
