Raw material not confirming to the specifications are not cleared for use at shop floor. Internal audit of the product is carried out before release of stores to the consignee. A system of pre-inspection report is adopted. Stores meant for dispatch after inspection and tests are suitable packed to avoid any damage of deterioration during transit. Customer complaints are suitably analyzed. In case the purchaser is not satisfied with the quality of goods due to any reason, the same will be replaced free of cost.
