During the past year, we have built several advertising scooters to use in our own operation. The scooters and advertising trailers being offered here are new units that have just been completed. Custom fiberglass frame enclosure with battery tray molded into floor. 5-bolt custom chrome colored powder coated wheels with clear coat finish & chromed bolt-through air stems. Low-power consumption led stop/tail and turn lights eliminate the damage to low-amp scooter charging systems. Led illuminated license plate frames with molded inset on fiberglass enclosures.
Custom-built aluminum backbit sign display box with molded fiberglass rounded trim on front and back for sleek look. Custom extruded aluminum frame system for sign displays.
D rings welded on rear of trailer frames for easy tie-down during transport. 35 wide x 56 tall sign faces slide into custom extruded frame channels. Top of frames remove for easy change out fo the 3/16 acrylic displays (1 set of acrylic panels is included with sale). Displays are printed on removable translucent pas vinyl, then applied to the acrylic panels can be printed locally by any sign shop with 36 wide solvent printer.
Acrylic panels can be re-used simply peel off previous vinyl display and install the new pressure-sensitive vinyl or use new acrylic panels for campaigns that require production to be saved to run multiple dates. Durable polyurethane black finish to match the scooters. (3) new imported sleek 150cc black scooters.
Custom built tubular trailer hitches powder coated black and installed on each scooter. Each scooter wired for trailer lights / brake / turn signals using 5-way flat plug. Optional lighting package add $500 per scooter. Or you can add the lights at any time in the future. 12 volt optima deep cycle battery.
