NANOBIKE, is located at the nothern part of Sumatera, only 15 minutes from Port of Belawan. The company was established on year 1989, on overall area of 30. 000m2 with 18. 000m2 of building area. With around 430 employee, NANOBIKE always increase the product capacity and reach approximately 360. 000 units per year. The company vision is to become a world class bike manufacturer that innovative, productive, eficient and competitive. To achieve that, the mission of the company is to produce, distribute, and market high quality products with high added-value, to raise competitive ability into a company that is slim, dynamic, eficient and effective with a major in human resources and technology development.
NANOBIKE always put quality to top priority, many tests and measurements are performed in order to keep quality acceptable. Some of the tests applicable are frame vibration, frame drop, fork, handlebar, salt spray, etc. We also conduct in line quality control at incoming material, raw material processing, frame welding, painting, decals, and assembling.
