Our company, Kobe Frantz, was founded in 2003 in Kobe,
a city famous for European style confectioneries.
We started off selling our own Western confections from a website,
an unusual approach, but we have now also operate six bakery shops
in Kobe, shops in the Kansai, Osaka (Itami), and Kobe airports,
shops in the Shin-Osaka and Shin-Kobe Shinkansen bullet train stations, and seasonal promotions at department stores
throughout the country.
We carry chocolates, ganache, custard pudding, cheese cakes, chocolate cakes, cake rolls, baumkuchen, financiers, florentins,
cookies, candies, and almost every other European-style confection.
Our single-minded focus: luxury desserts From Kobe,
we deliver traditional European desserts with made-in-Japan quality.
We strive to create the highest quality confections, not only in
superb taste, but also in form and packaging.
Examples include custard pudding in individual crocks, chocolate meticulously shaped into tools, and other unique desserts.
We also accept orders for OEM productions, bulk sales, and
original packaging.
