1. Buyer sends in LOI + BCL allowing a soft probe
2. Seller sends draft contract, Buyer sends back draft contract within its validity date
3. Hard contract copies are signed and exchanged
4. Buyer opens a non-operative L/ C to the Seller's Bank
5. Seller's bank posts POP and PB to the Buyer's bank
6. Within 45 days of the seller receiving the payment instrument delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed
