JMSF is a new agribusiness firm hoping to provide world class service to prospective clients in areas of commodity sourcing, trading and brokerage but most importantly, plans to be operational in value addition to primary agricultural produce for better pricing towards export.
We are just a few months old officially but have seasoned and reliable staff in the back office operations as well as in the field where the real sourcing and procurement occurs. We got registered as a limited liability company with the corporate affairs commission of Nigeria in April 2008.
We do not intend to take on very large orders so we can gradually develop our sourcing, transport, treatment before and within storage and packaging for final destination of goods. We think locally, bearing the best practice principles in mind but act globally to ensure quality and appropriate pricing.
Our major line of operation is in RCN (Raw Cashew Nuts) , Sesame, Shea Nuts / Butter, Ginger, Jathropha (which is just developing in Nigeria) , Garlic, Cotton, soghum, millet (grains) and food spices. Processing lines are serious being worked upon to add value to raw produce for better quality and profit earnings. In all of this, the client's specification is paramount on our mind.
With some encouragement in terms of patronage from serious buyers out there, we hope to excell within a short time and stamp our presence on the world commodities market as a major player in Agribusiness.
