2. Copy of import authorization for 2nd quarter of 2012 released by seller.
3. After which contract
will be signed with both parties. 4.Buyer issue an LC.
5.Cargo delivered.
6.LC(funds transferred) For your information, the refinery is capable of doing 25,000mt twice
per month. Please request company name to address LOI urgently.
