Procedures
1) buyer sends LOI and bcl
2) sellers sends fco & seller sends icpo
3) buyer/seller sign spa and exchange hard copies
4) buyer places dlc (documentary letter of credit) non-operative
5a) seller places 2% performance bond (insurance bond)
B) buyer gives pre- advice and seller places $200,000 cash bond in favor of buyer
6) buyers gives his vessel details and choose lay can date
7) seller programs the buyer in his own name and vessel destination
8) buyer confirms and places his letter of credit L. C
9) vessel loaded and q and q test takes place
10) vessel sails to destination and L. C becomes payable within 72 hours
This is a genuine offer right from the direct seller.
We are also in direct contacts with suppliers of REBCO, slco, mazut100, ago d2, pms, lpfo, hpfo, nlg, bitumen, wax/paraffin.
No negotiation will be made unless a LOI and bcl is attached to prove buyer's financial capability.
