We are sourcing and buying agents based out of Karachi - Pakistan for well over 20 years. Ours is a family business. We primarily source Health Care Apparel, Textile Fabrics, Terry Towels, Terry products and Textile made UPS for buyers based in USA, Europe and Far East.
Besides representing our Principals we also represent few vertical mills in Pakistan as their exclusive agents.
Mills with whom we have formed strategic alliance are primarily engaged in selling home textiles to brand names such as Nautica, Bed Bath and Beyond, Mervins stores etc.
We source suitable manufacturers to meet the specific requirements of our Principals.
Every manufacturer has to confirm to and pass the factory evaluation for:
Location of factory
Land space
Machinery set up
Capability of technical staff and their work experience
Production experience
In house quality control
Planning of timely deliveries
Financial strength
Quota availability
Upon receiving inquiries we circulate them amongst our reliable suppliers, thereby creating healthy competition. And thus obtaining competitive prices.
We approve all specifications including yarns, weights, colors, prints, accessories, sizes, stitching etc, prior to allowing suppliers to start bulk production.
All technical tests such as weight, crocking, yarn count etc are done in government approved laboratories as per customer specifications.
All production runs are strictly monitored by regular inline inspections before conducting a comprehensive final random inspection by our quality assurance auditors after which if fully satisfied, do we issue our inspection certificate.
We keep our customers posted at all stages of production. We also send them new developments, quota information and other pertinent information about the market.
