Big Toor & Sons is a vertically integrated manufacturing facility producing textile fabrics and made-ups on OEM/ODM basis.
Our manufacturing facilities covers following operations:
a) Cutting-Stitching-Finishing-Packing-Shipping
For above mentioned activities we have installed two machinery parks each run by independent operation management (consisted of experienced industry experts/professionals) to control quality and production flow according to delivery schedules of our clients.
One machinery park is producing knitwear, sportswear, outdoor wear & street wear. Second machinery park is producing denim garments.
b) Yarn Procurement-Fabric Knitting- Dyeing and Finishing
To control garment quality, particularly in knitwear like hoodies, sweatshirts and pullovers, yarn quality plays pivotal role. That is the reason that we start our operations from yarn procurement. For that, our expert professionals procure best quality yarn from well known yarn mills. These yarn mills produce A grade quality yarn from the world's best quality cotton crop which is produced in our country.
Yarn to Fabrication operations greatly help us to maintain quality standards in production of garments. after this buying that yarn is used to knit fabrics in different styles (as per our clients specs) like fleece, terry, interlock and etc.
Final and crucial fabrication process (which is dyeing and finishing) is carried out in our partner dyeing factory which is Oeko-Tex certified making fabrics eco friendly.
Denim fabrics are procured from mills directly. and Kevlar fabric is procured from DuPont authorized factory in Pakistan.
Note (DuPont Kevlar fabric is applied in denim jeans for touring/casual bike riders)
For some woven clothing clothing range, we also source high end quality fabrics from Far-East manufacturers like Taiwan, China.
c) Embellishment operations (Printing and Embroidery facilities)
Our printing facility is equipped with latest machinery which help us print garments with eco friendly materials. Our all printings are Azo/lead free.
Embroidery section is equipped with latest machines from Japan based company Barudan.
d) Quality and Social Compliance
We strongly believe in social compliance of the company. We are ISO certified company and this year we have plans to get certification from CEDEX (UK) and BSCI. For that we have started preparations and that is the reason we can say that our factory system is already strict in compliance issues such as no child labour, strict measures for safety of workers and social security issues.
In total, our worker strength is 200 on all operations. All these numbers are actively engaged in different operations producing monthly 80K-100K garments.
This year, we have plans to increase our production capacity as our client base is increasing every year. New machinery park will help us to increase production capacity from 100000 pcs to 150000 pcs monthly.
