Machinery Details: Stitching Unit, about 100 Stitching machine, expanding further by 60 machines, Six quilting machines, expanding further by 2 machines. Weaving Unit, narrow width 75 Jacquards 58 looms, 50 looms running on overhead basis, wider width 130 Jacquard 10 looms, 30 looms running on overhead basis around the year. These are Vamatex, Donier and Sulzer looms. Additional 60 Shuttle less looms run on overhead basis.
Our product line covers, Sheet sets, Quilt cover sets, Comforter sets, Bed in a Bag, Duvet sets, Curtains, Bedding accessories, Thermal Blankets, Throws, Fleece Blankets, Table Covers, Runners, Placemats, Shower Curtains, Sheers. We offer a wide variety of base fabric like, voiles in 100% polyester, 100% Cotton & polyester cotton, percales, twills, sateen weaves till 400 thread count, jacquards currently doing in 100% polyester, polyester cotton and developing 100% cotton, as well as Yarn Dyed Jacquards & chenille Jacquard. Taffeta, duck weaves, osnaberg, chenille, velvet, jersey, and flannelette. Process and finishes ranges from pigment printing rotary as well as flat bed, continuous dying and direct dying, embossing, crushing, heat transfer, burnout, back coating, flocking, flock printing, embroidery, Water repellant, heat guard, soil and stain release, PVC coating.
Production Capacity: At present our daily production capacity is 1,500 to 2,000 BIAB per day and will reach 3,000 BIAB within 3-months. Curtains 4,000, Shower Curtains 2,400, Sheet sets 3,500, Table top 6,000, Thermal Blankets 3,000, Quilt Covers 2,600

Expansion Projects, covers the complete vertical integrated unit of textiles manufacturing. Additional Jacquards, Airjet and shuttle less looms are planned for year ending 2004. We will further open our offices in Hong Kong and Australia.
Quality Control department works on AQL 2.5 system unless otherwise specified. Each product is tested at every level of production to ensure specifications are followed.
Sales & Marketing Team works under the leadership of the Director. Duties are to ensure product quality by monitoring, follow-up and correspondence with customers on day to day activities. Weekly updates are given to customers against planned shipment and current production updates.
