Weaving setup
We have a complete weaving set up consisting of: -
100 shuttle less looms
100 auto looms (for fabric)
100 auto looms (for towels)
Having capacity of weaving of wider width fabrics, we do also make it in dobby weave and jacquard qualities..
Printing & dyeing setup
* one brand new, j. Zimmer rotary printing machine with printing facility up to 120" (305 cm) wide, of 12 colors with three repeats (64,81 & 92 cm)
* one stork rotary machine with printing facility up to 100" (254 cm) of 08 colors with 64 cm repeat
* one stork rotary printing machine with printing facility up to 72" (183 cm) of 12 colors with three repeats 64,81 & 92 cm.
* one flat belt rajjani printing machine with printing facility up to 120" (305 cm) in 10 colors with three repeats 64,81 & 92.
* complete "engraving unit" in two divisions ( for rotary and panel printing)
* 02 manfort stanter machines with wider width along with a complete set up of singing, bleaching & finishing etc
Sewing machines
Our stitching units are equipped with more than 600 juky, over locked, safety & fedo machines to produce the goods as per the required standards of the customers.
Embroidery
To meet the ever-changing demand of customer, recently we have moved a setup ahead with arrangements of modern computerized embroidery machines and are making number of items for our customer located across the globe.
We deals in all types of textile items I. E. Bed sheets, towels, shop towels, comforters, garments, kitchen items, flannel duster, mobs, cotton cleaning clothes and dusting clothes.
