Knitting Our facilities enable us to prepare for you a diversity of fabrics such as FLEECE,JERSEY, PIQUE, INTERLOCKs, DOUBLE and MICRORIBs, TERRY, WAFFLE, GAUZE, VELOURS, COTTON with LYCRA in SOLIDs as well as DYED YARNS in FEED and ENGINEERING STRIPES.DYEING We work with different fabric dyeing facilities as well as yarn facilities to satisfy our customers requirements in accordance with international technical standards.Cutting This is an important area for us. Watch the latest trends coming from the runways and you will see many fashion elements are cut with lasers.Our customers come from many different industries with many different applications.Accordingly we optimize the fabrics, solid or stripes to get the most yields from your expensive textiles.You can send us any vector file or we can develop one for you from a drawing.Sewing We have production capacity of 2000 units per day in house and with our affiliated facilities can produce more than 5000 units per day.We sew knitted fabrics as well as flat fabrics. Our production control system provides versatility and flexibility when different models are required. Quality control is implemented through quality management techniques developed over our twenty three year history in the textile industry.We emphasize the role of quality assurance as we wholeheartedly know that Inspection with the aim of finding the bad ones and throwing them out is too late, ineffective, and costly. Quality comes not from inspection from improvement of the process.This is the only way to guarantee our products.Embroidery This area has a capacity of producing 20,000 units per day on a base of 2500 stitches per garment. We have a great design and graphics team with state of the art embroidery equipment, threads and digitizing software to assist you with your custom design.We are capable of developing and reproducing any kind of artworks using computerized machines, application laser cut, troquelle, craquele, rhinestone, sewing, etc.And of course, if it is needed, we also have a hand embellished unit.PrintingAll types oftechniques are used such as water base, plastisol, discharge,burnouts, flock, foil, high density, reverse prints. Laundry There are a ton of terms and processes used within the washing process to give denim different fades, looks, textures etc.We have experience with most of these types: power bleach , stone wash, sand blasting, destroyed wash, vintage wash, silicon wash, enzyme wash permanganate to name but a few.Quality Controls Quality is our commitment to you.We have learned the value of quality assurance accordingly.
