You can buy any quantity of crude oil (REBCO) and petroleum products to your new partners, which we'll send to you after register if you're direct Buyer or mandate. All details submitted will be treated in the strictest confidence.

We started to think what the future of REBCO trading would be like. We knew that in order to work, and more importantly, be accepted by the trading community, a successful Internet trading application would have to be as close as possible to traditional trading practices.
We invite to our community only real Buyers of REBCO, D2, Jetfuel, Fuel Oil and other to spend a less time for searching new partners.

Dear Buyer! All procedure concerning purchase of crude oil is clearly stated in the given document. Our company does not provide the further negotiations with the Buyer without full ICPO as you can see below.
1,Buyer confirm SCO and issue ICPO / LOI.
2, Seller issue FCO and a mutual agreement documents.
3, Buyer signs and returns FCO and the mutual agreement documents.
4, Seller issues DRAFT contract open for amendments.
5, Buyer signs and seals DRAFT contract and send via email to the seller.
6, Under seller acceptance of the signatory and the initials on the returned of buyers signed DRAFT contract, seller register the contract with the ministries.

7 Not latter than 5 {five} working days, buyer sign transport agreement with shipping company with affidavit and latter of affirmation and return to the seller
8 Upon receipt of the signed transport agreement with affidavit and latter of affirmation, seller deposit the affidavit along with the proof of product documents in sellers bank
9 Seller pays for the transportation of the products from the refinery to the loading port.
10 After arriving the product at loading port, seller negotiates and signs the contract for the shipment of the cargo on behalf of the buyer upon buyers selected shipping date.
11 The shipping company issue to the seller invoice for payment of the booked date.
12 Upon confirmation of the payment, the shipping company releases the following document to the buyer and seller.
a Copy of the charter party agreement to transport the product to discharge port
b Copy of shipping schedule document
c Copy of shipping particulars
d Copy of custom clearance certificate
e Copy of SGS report
13 Seller issue original hard contract via courier service to buyer
14 Sellers bank SWIFT to buyers bank the proof of product {POP} documents.
15 the buyer issue MT 103 / 23 or irrevocable non transferable LC or BG for monthly shipment
16 Withing 7 calendar days seller will send invitation to the buyer to visit Russia to view allocation
17 Delivery commences as per contract.
It is not necessary to spend time for try to convince our company that your Bank can't give to you the document that your company is solvent! Please very closely study everything, that is written in this document.
The final price and discounts will be generated by the Seller only after reception and check of corresponding documents given by the Buyer!
