Aok Valve Stem Seals Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in producing valve stem seals, boned seals (sealing washers), O-Rings, bushings, absorbers and precise customized rubber molded products. Our products have been successfully distributed to well-know industries, such as automobiles, motorcycles, chemical, forklift, and semiconductors.AOK have obtained the ISO9001 and TS16949 certificates in 2003 and 2008 respectively, and we are approved by our valued customers all over the world. With the ability of in-house mold development and manufacture, we are capable of making various types of rubber products from mold design to finished products.Our mold R&D team incorporates CAD/CAM system with advanced CNC machine centers and CNC lathes to design and make molds, and we also equip vacuum compression molding machines for manufacturing rubber products.We own the largest vacuum vulcanizing machine from Taiwan area, and the working dimension of the machine is 20000mm*2000mm. We manufacture large-sized O-rings (ODMax 1850mm), Oil Seals (ODMax 1700mm) and V-rings (ODMax 1850mm).In order to reach this objective, AOK has been constantly upgrading our manufacturing capability by the application of State- of -The-Art equipment as well as continuous training of our personnel.We are determined to offer satisfactory products, so do not hesitate to get in contact with us, we will be very pleased to assist you at any stage of you project.
