High Quality Assured
Our workshop is manned by over 10 skilled workers who operate our Walter and Rollomatic precision grinding machines. These machines can create excellent and precise 3-D and mechanical simulation that assures high-quality products. We use Zoller measuring instruments equipped with CCD cameras and Staturm image measuring systems to detect all kinds of end mills and cutting edges. This allows us a precision of 0.002mm. Finally, our polishing equipment comes from Japan which makes the surface of our products flat thus easier for surface coating. Our five QC staff with an average of three to four years' experience further ensures that our products are of the highest quality before being shipped out.
