Mr. Scale Service Co., Ltd (MRS) was founded in 1996 under license from the P.R.C State Council. It is a fully independent wholly owned subsidiary of CXXC, which is under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
It is authorized to import and export goods from any port in China, and to trade with Taiwan. It is a scientific and hi-tech enterprise which is committed to product research, develop and production.
