We have been in the building and timber joinery business for over 30 years in Australia specialising in wood Bifold Folding doors. Beginning 2007 AusEco began expansion into Asian markets to meet the demand by Project Developers and Architects for high quality wood door and window joinery.

We opened our SE Asian wood joinery factory and showroom in 2008 in Chiang Mai Thailand to serve the local and export markets.

Beautiful natural Teak wood and Big Leaf Mahogany [Swietenia Macrophylla] are used exclusively for our Folding Door and Sliding Door and Window systems as these are proven class 1 timbers for outdoor use with a natural resistance to insects, warping or splitting ensuring a lifetime of trouble free service.

Why buy from AusEco?

1. AusEco window and door systems meet the Australian Standards regulations AS2047 and AS1288. These standards regulate the wind pressure, water infiltration & glazing ratings of the system. Other aspects are fire resistance, acoustics & security performance.

2. Under the Building Code of Australia (BCA) windows and doors have to meet minimum mandatory specifications under AS2047. AusEco complies with all these standards including Deflection, Wind Pressure Test [Structural Performance] and Water Penetration Resistance.

3. We use Class 2 A grade timbers such as Mahogany, Teak and Rosewood graded for external use. These timbers have been used in the Australian market for over 100 years and this old wood is still in pristine condition today where as aluminum for example will often begin to corrode after only 5 years.

4. Although time consuming we use Mortise and Tenon joints in all of our joinery being the strongest possible method for window and door construction.

5. All manufacturing materials used are of the highest quality including AV515 polyurethane timber glue and Jotun finishing products.
