TUT Clamps established in 2001 is a leading institution in production of hose and pipe clamps in Turkey. Since it was established it has carried out its production without making any concessions from the quality, with reasonable prices, in world standards and in accordance with the needs of its customers
Our company is the only one in Turkey and Middle East that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environment Management System and OHSAS 18001 Employee Health and Job Security ISO TS 16949 Specifications in its sector.
Zinc coated hose and pipe clamps produced from AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel constitute our main production. Besides some special spare parts made of metal are also produced for main industry factories in automotive and white goods sector. Our production capacity is 100 Million Piece/Year.
Our products are produced in accordance with generally accepted standards in the world like TSE 12091, DIN 3017, and they are under TSE guarantee. Protecting and beautifying environment while producing quality products is our company's general policy. Natural Gas, Pipe and Hose Clamps produced by our company is used to fix, combine and tighten the pipes, hoses, cables and also in watering garden, LPG tube connections, agriculture industry, hydraulic-pneumatic systems. Besides various clips, fittings and pins are included in our production. ER-BI Hose Clamps are infinite threaded and they are easily screwed and dismantled. Special steel (Material No:1.0330) is used for the bands of ER-BI Hose Clamps. Physical characteristics of the material is appropriate to provide the torque values required in world standards. Depending on the demand; 1.4301(AISI 304) can be produced from anti-magnetic stainless steel. "Salt Water Corrosion Test" of the products manufactured in our factory is made in ASTMB 117 norms in our facilities.
